CYS Excel, Inc can ship to any addresses in the United States and Canada. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and International Location will require shipping quote. Please contact our customer service at (800) 611-9982 for more information. Shipping rate is calculated according to the Dimensional Weight of the items, the Shipping Destination, and the Carriers.
RESTRICTIONS
We currently do not ship to P.O Boxes, APO, FPO, GU, VI or PR addresses. We only ship to physical address.
SHIPPING METHOD
Since our customer satisfaction is our first priority, orders will be processed and be shipped out within 48 business hours after you order. You will received a confirmation email that includes a tracking number of the shipment of your purchase. We ship by Fedex Ground. For large quantity shipment, we ship by various LTL Trucking.
SIZE RESTRICTION
Due to the size of some of our vases, any vase that’s over 15" high and/or 10" wide will not be ship by the common carriers (UPS, FEDEX, USPS, Etc.). These vases will only be ship by LTL (Less Than Truckload) trucking to ensure better care of our vases and avoid breakages. Cys Excel, Inc. will Not be held responsible for any damage cause by the shipping company if customer insists to ship these vases by the common carriers.
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY
All trucking companies including common carriers charge extra fee for deliver made to Residential Addresses. Therefore, higher shipping rate will apply to orders deliver to a Residential Address. All customers must verify their ship to address before ordering.
