Availability

All Items are estimated to be in stock unless indicated "out of stock".  If purchasing large quantities of item, please contact us to check availability. Please note that availability estimated are intended for small quantities of items under $1,000. The following is a list of the several types availability estimates you might see for items in our stores:

Usually ships in 24 hours	we expect to be able to prepare this in-stock item for shipment within 24 hours of your order.  Because these items often enter the shipping process immediately, it is difficult to modify an order containing items that usually ship in 24 hours.
Usually ships in 2 - 3 days	we expect to ship it to you within 2 to 3 days of your order.
Usually ships in 1 - 2 weeks	we expect to ship it to you within 1 to 2 weeks of your order.
Back Ordered	our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more items in stock, but we hope to be able to ship it to you within 3 to 5 weeks.
Sold Out	This item is currently not available for ordering. In some cases, if we have reason to believe that we will be receiving more inventory of this item.

Pricing

We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store.  All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.  Orders placed on Cysexcel.com.com will be charged in U.S. dollars.  If you live outside the U.S., this charge is converted by your bank into your local currency and should appear on your credit card statement in that currency.

Sales Tax

Companies selling over the Internet are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as any other retailers.  If an item is subject to sales tax  in the state to which the order is shipped, tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item.  Items sold by Cysexcel.com.com, or its subsidiaries, and shipped to destinations in the states of California, or Texas are subject to tax.

United States Government Purchasers / Designers / Dealers
United States Government Purchasers:

Sales tax does not apply to purchases made by the United States Government.  In order to document that a sale has been made to the U.S. Government, we need to obtain a copy of one of the following:

• Federal tax ID certificate
• Certificate of exempt status
• Photocopy of your qualified U.S. Government Credit Card (Smart Pay Card)
• Government Voucher

Designers / Dealers:
Sales tax does not apply to our dealers.  In order to document that a sale has been made to our dealers, we need to obtain a copy of one of the following:

• Federal tax ID certificate
• Reseller's License
• Contractor's License

How to submit this information:

First, place your order through our Web site. After you've placed your order, please submit the necessary information by fax in order to receive a refund of any sales tax.  Our fax number is (626) 839-4288.

Please include the following:

• Your order number
• Your company name and address
• E-mail address
• Acceptable proof of your exempt status (as outlined above)
• Mark your fax "Attn: Cysexcel.com.com Tax Exempt"
  

After submitting all documents, we will record your company tax exempt information for future orders.  For future orders, please just email us with subject title "Request for Tax Refund" and indicate order numbers.  When receiving your invoice, please ensure that tax does not applies on the invoice.  If for any reason you believe there is any error, please contact our customer service immediately at (800) 611-9982.
