All damage or incorrect claim has to be submitted within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND STEPS
1. Claims are processed in 2-3 business days.
2. Upon acceptance of your claim, we will credit you back. There will be NO REPLACEMENT (NO EXCEPTION) for damages items. We do not pay for shipping costs and return shipping costs other than our error (incorrect item shipped to you).
3. We might require you to provide proof of broken or incorrect items. (Broken/Incorrect items can be taken with digital camera as a proof of document). We need those images as the supporting documents to file claim against the carrrier.
4. If we send you an incorrect item, we will arrange to have it picked up at no cost to the customer. Once we receive the item, we will then ship the correct item.
5. You may exchange items in your order that are returnable. You must contact us within 7 days to arrange for an exchange. The 15% restocking fee is waived for all exchanges. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back.
